So happy for my SELLERS! Not too long ago, I got a call from these homeowners who were ready for something bigger! Their family has been growing and so are their house needs! I said, “Let’s get started!” I sent my contractor over and the team got to work doing the “PRE-MARKET”. This included painting some cabinets, replacing fixtures, doing some tile work, adding sod and sprucing up the yard, and many other touches.

Soon, we were ready for the market. We got this done all while my lovely seller was working night shift as a nurse! #thankyounurses I got the house on the market and after 4 days and over 40 showings, we received 9 offers. All offers were well over asking, and I set a new neighborhood price point! Now, they are on to a brand new and bigger house!

Another HAPPY BUYER! I met this buyer about two years ago. She was referred to me by her friend. We looked at homes, discussed the home buying process and decided the timing wasn’t right for her to buy then. We stayed in touch and she referred ALL of her friends to me! She recently followed up with me, ready for the house hunt to begin again.

I called the listing agent to discuss a deal, and we got to work. Our clients were not on the same page about pricing and terms but the listing agent and I made it happen. SOLD in 4 days on the market and with 11 offers! When I sat down for the listing appointment, I knew they were interviewing other agents. That doesn’t matter to me, because I know my construction team and I can deliver like no other. After I did an initial walk through of the property, my contractor, sellers and I came up with a budget. Then, I went over market value expectations after we completed our premarket prep.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To be honest, the sellers were skeptical! They did a deep dive in our other projects and called me a day later. They said, “we are going with you”. They told me that I was the only agent (out of the 4 they interviewed) who had the vision to make their home the best it could be. After we finished, they were blown away with our work and said I lived up to every expectation I set forth. The outcome: over 60 showings, 11 offers, and only 4 days on the market, with the winning offer 21% over-asking.
